Honest ticketing for Texas venues
Most ticketing platforms charge double-digit fees, sit on your money, and leave you on hold when something goes wrong. I charge less, pay you as tickets sell, and you can reach me directly.
$1.90 on a $20 ticket.
Other platforms commonly charge fans $2.75 to $3.55 on the same ticket.

Why venues choose me
Fast, rolling payouts
I start transferring most of each sale within 3 business days — your bank typically posts it 1–2 business days later, not weeks after the show. I hold a 15–25% refund reserve (lower as you build history) and release it automatically. Payouts run on Stripe, so the money lands reliably and on a schedule you can see.
Someone you can reach
When something goes wrong — and sometimes things go wrong — you should be able to talk to a real person who knows your venue. Not a support ticket queue. Not a chatbot. Email me directly.
Lower fees, every ticket
Every dollar I don't take in fees is a dollar your fans keep — $1.90 on a $20 ticket, not the $2.75 to $3.55 they'd pay elsewhere. Cheaper tickets are easier to sell, and the savings stay in your community.
Texas-operated
Not a San Francisco startup. Not a European platform with a Texas sales rep. I built this, I live in Austin, and I have a stake in the same music scene you do.
Own your channel. Keep your website.
You don't have to move your site or learn a new system. Create your events here, then point the “Get Tickets” button on your existing website straight at your Stageside event. Your fans buy in under a minute and pay less in fees than they would elsewhere. That's the whole switch.
Everything you need to sell tickets
Built for Texas venues from the ground up — no bloat, no learning curve.
Self-service event management
Create events with multiple ticket types — Early Bird, GA, VIP. Set capacity, pricing, and dates without waiting on anyone.
Smooth fan checkout
Mobile-optimized purchase flow. Fans buy tickets in under a minute — no account required, no friction.
Reliable door check-in
Works in any mobile browser — no app to install. Offline-capable for poor Wi-Fi, with instant color and audio feedback for door staff. Two backups keep the line moving if a code won't scan: search-by-name lookup (also works offline) and a printable door list.
Sales tax & payments, handled
I collect and remit Texas sales tax on every ticket, calculated on the full buyer total. You don't need your own merchant account — I'm the merchant of record, so I handle card processing and fees. A quick identity-and-bank verification with Stripe, my payments partner, sets up your payouts.
See it in action
Transparent pricing for fans, a clear dashboard for you — here's what both sides see.

When less of every ticket disappears into fees, more of it stays in the local music economy — fans keep more, venues fill the room, and local artists get paid. Every venue on this platform is part of that.
Promises I keep — in writing, and in the code
These aren't marketing lines. Each one is enforced by the software or written into the Venue Financial Terms every venue agrees to. If a fee ever changes, you get 90 days' notice and it never touches tickets you've already sold.
A fee ceiling that can't be exceeded
7% + $0.50 per ticket is the most I will ever charge. It's a hard cap inside the software — even an admin override can't push a fee past it.
No dynamic pricing, no resale market
The price you set is the price your fans pay. I never surge prices when a show gets popular, and I'll never run a secondary market for your tickets.
Full refunds when a show is cancelled
If a venue cancels, the fan gets everything back — ticket, service fee, and sales tax. I absorb the fees; the fan is never out a cent.
Founding Partner spots are limited
The first 10 venues to join get Founding Partner status — a 6% flat rate locked in for as long as you're hosting shows (see the Venue Financial Terms), while the Standard rate is 7% + $0.50. 10 spots remain.
